Made this yesterday, Italian Meatloaf on a bed of pasta. Somebody ordered from me an Italian dish to jamu her family. Dah tak larat makan ajinomoto katanya. To that nice lady who ordered, hope you like what I chose to make and hope it was enough for 4.
I of course made the same thing for dinner so this was Abang's plate. Adik's plate with less meat but more pasta.
I arrived home about 6.15 pm and started cooking immediately. Minced was already nicely thawed. Bibik took them out around 5 pm.
By 7.45 everything was ready.
Nasib baik.
